This map of the Waterville Valley is bounded, roughly, by Mt. Kancamagus to the north, the Tripyramids to the east, Sandwich Mountain to the south and Mt. Tecumseh to the west. It is a substantially larger and more detailed map of the same area covered in Goodrich’s 1892 map of the same title. It reflects significant trail making in the area in the 23 years since the original map, in which Arthur Goodrich and his son, Ned, played a major role.
